[moneydance] Separate Accounts in Moneydance

I already tried it but because of the way MD shows the totals on the 
summary screen, I found it to be quite useless for that purpose.  
Perhaps, however, the way it does it may not bother you the way it 
bothers me.  In other words, I don't like the amounts in the child 
accounts to be reflected in the totals of the main accounts - does not 
reflect unallocated amounts in the main account.
