[moneydance] Separate Accounts in Moneydance

Adding to previous message
It would seem that to accomplish this all that would have to be done is
that instead of making the account types hard-coded, they can be made
user-configurable. By doing that you could have different types of
checking, savings, assets, etc at the same time.
