[moneydance] problems with linux aewm and sithwm

Hi,
I've downloaded the current version of Moneydance complete with  with
java.  It runs fine on KDE, Gnome, and fvwm but on aewm and sithwm I
can't get focus to complete the password dialogue box.

Perhaps this is a bit off topic but if not suggestions would be welcome.

System is Debian, also the current release.
