[moneydance] Which jvm should I use?

I was running the latest version of MD on a Kubuntu Dapper Drake machine
but now I have installed Feisty Fawn on a fresh hard drive and wish to
re-install MD.

I used Sun Java 5 on the older machine but I see the package repository
also offers Sun Java 6 and also Blackdown Java.

Which would be best to use?

To prepare the new drive mounted the old one at /mnt/dapper and copied
over the following directories:

cd /mnt/dapper
cp -a /mnt/dapper/home/lba/.moneydance/ /home/lba/
cp -a /mnt/dapper/opt/moneydance/ /opt/
and
cp -a /mnt/dapper/root/.moneydance/ /root/

Is the directory /root/.moneydance really necessary?
