[moneydance] merging accounts

Quicken users, like me, often have two accounts for each investment
account, e.g., Foo and Foo-Cash. The former (an Investment account)
tracks the securities and the latter (a Bank account) tracks the cash
balance.

Importing these into Moneydance works fine. But online access only
works for Foo, not Foo-Cash, and processing the downloaded
transactions for Foo is awkward because Moneydance doesn't "know" that
Foo and Foo-Cash are related.

I could simply do a one-time transfer of the cash in Foo-Cash to Foo
(and then hide Foo-Cash on the home page). I'd prefer to merge
Foo-Cash into Foo, somehow fixing the transfers between the two
accounts. Any way to do this, perhaps by exporting to Moneydance XML,
editing the XML, and then importing? I suspect not :-(
