[moneydance] updating reminders

Thanks!  That fixed the problem.  It's a little more confusing because I 
noticed when editing the reminder it would show up as the proper value 
in my list of reminders, but when I opened it, it would revert back. 
Changing the value of the escrow payment on the mortgage itself fixes 
the problem.
