[moneydance] Only one online payment per session

I recently switched to Moneydance from Quicken 2004 because of Intuit's ridiculous sunsetting policies. Everything is going pretty well -- my accounts all imported well -- but I'm having one small problem. I've tried searching the forums and archives but haven't been able to find an answer.

I bank with Commerce KS, MO, IL and I'm not able to enter more than one online transaction per session. Additional transactions will be recorded in the register but they do not show up in the Online Bill Payment
window. If I exit Moneydance and restart, I can then enter one more online payment.

I'm using Moneydance 2007 build 562 and this happens in both Gentoo Linux and Windows XP.

I'm used to paying bills every week to 10 days and almost always have more than one online transaction to submit. If anyone has any ideas I'd be very grateful.
