After you download, the area at the bottom of that account window should
contain all of the newly downloaded transactions. When you highlight
one of those, it is compared to existing transactions in the drop-down
box above the list. When there are nearly identical existing
transactions already present, it may be necessary to select "New
Transaction(No Match)" from the drop-down list instead of "Possible
Match: abcdefghijklmnop" or "Best Match: abcdefghijklmnop". If you want
change some detail before clicking on the Record button, the transaction
is also available to edit at the bottom of the transaction list. You
can choose a different category or transfer account, add tags, change
the date, or change everything if you want. If you don't want to accept
all of the transactions right away, or if you make a mistake when you
accept a transaction, click on the Done button, and MD will remember
that they are there and show an underlined note "You have un-recorded
downloaded transactions" on the right hand side of the bottom bar of the
account window. Then you can edit existing transactions in that account.
When you are ready to go back to accepting new transactions, just click
on that note to go back to the list.

Does that help?
