[moneydance] Ticket 513

The randomness of this problem is what makes it so hard to solve.  The
time of day seems to have something to do with whether or not the bank
acknowledges the payment request.  My mother in law had the same
problem paying bills through SunTrust, but the problem never seems to
occur when I am in the room (of course).

Please keep me updated on whether the problem comes back or not.
