Hmmmm.  Without changing anything - still running 571 - I tried  
uploading some bill payments to BoA this morning and - lo and behold  
they all worked.  I used both the "Online Payment"  and "Send Payment  
To" methods and both worked instantly.  I don't know what to make of  
this, but there's some more evidence.  During the past month two I  
had no luck with this at all and then this morning it just worked.
