[moneydance] Setting up online banking

While you're fixing things, Sean, I have a possibly related problem.   
I have not tried to set up accounts lately, but the BoA accounts that  
I do have no longer accept bill-payments.  Everything seems to be  
working on the Moneydance end, but the payment never shows up on my  
account at the bank.  I had to pay a little interest to find this  
out, actually.
