[moneydance] Setting up online banking

Has anyone else noticed that it is impossible to setup online banking  
for any account?  I tried setting up my credit card for access with  
Bank of America.  In the wizard I select the bank, click next, select  
the account, can't click next as button is disabled.  This appears to  
be a problem with all accounts, not just credit cards and not just  
Bank of America.

I am using build 571 on Mac OSX for what its worth.
