[moneydance] New Transactions in Build 569

After upgrading to Build 569, I am experiencing some weird behavior 
attempting to create a new transaction (New Transaction button in action 
bar).  After clicking the New Transaction button, nothing happens.  
After a second click and a short delay, the transaction editor appears.  
I am then able to create as many transactions as I like.  However...if I 
close the transaction editor (either leave the account or edit an 
existing transaction), I am unable to create transactions until I 
restart Moneydance.

Is anyone else experiencing this behavior?
