Download the version of Moneydance with the bundled JRE.  I've been using  
it on Ubuntu 7.04 AMD64 for months.  The system JRE doesn't work for me  
for printing checks, so I'd be using the bundled JRE anyway.

On my system, unpack200 is in /usr/bin.  I don't see it in apt anywhere,  
but from the looks of the man page, I think it came from Sun's JRE (which  
I do have installed but am not using for Moneydance).
