[moneydance] U.S. Bank Bill Pay

Is anyone else out there still dealing with this with U.S. Bank?  
Every time I try to make an online bill payment inside Moneydance to  
this bank, I receive this error message:

There was an error communicating with your financial institution.   
The details of this error are below.
A communication or parsing error occurred.  This could be the result  
of a network problem, a proxy error, or misconfigured server.
Error Description: java.io.IOException: HTTP Error:500 Internal  
Server Error

I've had it off and on for years, and basically had given up on it  
for the time being. I'm determined to get this up and working  
reliably again, so hopefully others have insight on this.

I've tested it in Quicken 2007 for Mac this evening, and the payment  
was sent successfully so I know it's not a problem on the bank's  
side. Additionally, in Moneydance, I've tried disabling online access  
with this bank and starting over with no luck. I can download  
transactions for the same accounts without issue.
