[moneydance] Adjusting Interest Rates on a loan

I'm trying to correctly enter information from my loan and it's payments
into MD, however, my records (four months so far!) span over a yearly rate
change (on July 1st). How can I enter the rate change into MD so that
everything works to come out even?
