[moneydance] syncing two .md files

If you export both files as XML you will be able to campare them using a
standard text comparison utility, or preferably one designed specifically
for comparing XML files.  Once you have transferred the additional entries
from one file into the other you simply re-open the corrected XML file and
save it as an .md file again.
