[moneydance] syncing two .md files

I keep a copy of the MD data file at work and at home. I keep them in
sync by emailing the file from one location to the other and
overwriting the file at the destination. Recently, I recorded some
transactions in the work copy, did not email it and forgot about it.
Then I changed the home copy and before emailing it I realized that the
work copy has changed already.

Is there a way to find the transactions existing in one copy of the
file and not present in the other? The difference is approx. 20-30
recorded transactions and the same number of downloaded but not
recorded transactions. More generally, how does one keep two copies in
sync efficiently?
