[moneydance] What's CUSIP-broken?

The "broken" tag is coming from a recent fix that attempts to detect
invalid CUSIP IDs that some financial institutions were sending.
Yours appears to be valid, so the "broken" part is not correct.
However, it shouldn't cause any problems.

Thanks,
Sean
