[moneydance] No subaccounts for investment accounts?

Maybe I can explain it another way.

The original enquiry said that there were two investment houses
through which you bought securities. Calling them House A and House
B, Go to Account -> New Account, select Investment and then call it
House A. Repeat this for House B.

Open House A from the Home Page and add your first security from that
investment house and enter its details. Repeat for all remaining
securities.

Repeat the above for House B.

At the end of the process, the Home Page will give you two listings
in the Investment Accounts - House A and House B. Beside each of
these headings will be the total current value based on the most
recent values you have entered.

Listed beneath head of these Accounts will be a list of the
securities you own and the number of shares in each. Opening each
account will give you a list of the shares and a fuller analysis of
each secutity.

Hope this clarifies
Anthony
