[moneydance] Upgrading

I am looking for any advise for upgrading.  I am currently running Moneydance 
#531 on MEPIS 6.0.  My concern is printing.  Every upgrade I have done in the 
past has trashed my being able to print and only through hours of this and 
that this and that and finally getting the printing working again.  And, 
honestly I must say that I could not repeat the steps taken to solve the 
problem.  Most frustrating.  I installed the last major upgrade and printing 
didn't work so I backed out.  While I would like to upgrade and have all the 
new functionality printing, of checks, is an issue and loosing that is enough 
to keep me running an old version.  So any advise is accepted..
