[moneydance] Deleting a transaction

In recent builds you should be able to just select the transaction
(not for editing) and press the backspace/delete key.

The reasoning was that you shouldn't have to open a transaction to
delete it, and if you have a transaction open for editing you are not
likely interested in deleting it.  In addition, with the delete button
so close to the record button it seemed a bit to easy to hit
accidentally.

I've be interested in hearing everyone's feedback and preference on
