[moneydance] Ticket 513

I started having problems paying bills through Moneydance at  
BancorpSouth in build 571.  As everyone else talks about, the  
register would show the transaction but the Online Bill Pay screen  
would not, nor the bank site itself.  When I downloaded 572 the same  
thing was happening.  Then I tried the Refresh option in the Setup  
Bill Pay procedure and everything started working perfectly.  I have  
paid several bills and they all went through without a problem.
