Split it into two parts.  In your shell, first do this:

export CUPS_SERVER=localhost

Then do this:

/opt/moneydance/Moneydance

I don't know if that will fix it, but for sure you should not get any  
"command not found" type warnings.

At the risk of overlooking the obvious ... does printing work for other  
applications on your system?
