I agree with the need to be able to add  multiple budget entries to a given 
category/account.  For example, let's assume Education:Tuition.  I have 
multiple fields for semester based, monthly based, etc.  Right now I have to 
use the date ranges to prevent the warning.  It would also be great to have a 
note field for each entry so you can remember what the multiple entry was 
for.  I think this is very important; otherwise, categories will expand and I 
like keeping those as streamlined as possible and it facilitate budgeting 
non-periodic items.  Any thoughts?
