[moneydance] short cut keys

That's probably a Mac/PC keyboard confusion issue.  What a PC  
keyboard labels "Backspace", a Mac labels "Delete" and a PC's  
"Delete" key is called "forward Delete" on a Mac.

The User Guide should read "Control-Backspace (Command-Delete on a  
Mac)" instead of "Control/Command-Delete"
