[moneydance] the new budget display

Hi Scott,

The triangles show the "pro-rated" budget amount.  Basically the amount of
your budgeted income/expenses adjusted for how far through the budget
interval (month/week/year/etc) you are.  If your expenses are beyond the
triangle then you are getting ahead of your budget (assuming a continuous
progress is expected).  The opposite is true for income.  If the triangles
are red then the actual amounts are too high (expenses) or too low (income)
relative to your budget.
