I don't know if my mental model of what's going on matches how your
accounts are set up -- if so, then yes, very likely.
The easiest way to find out is probably to download and see what
happens. I had to do a couple of my investment accounts twice --
downloaded, played with it for a while, then deleted all the
transactions and reimported the download file.
