[moneydance] Busted investment imports

I have done more testing on importing QIF files from Q2005 where investment accounts include transaction types such as WITHD or DEPOSIT.
By editing the QIF file to eliminate the lines:
!InvstBnk
and the extra lines:
!Type:Invst
(NOTE: there is one such line at the beginning of each investment account; I only eliminated the extras, leaving ONE at the beginning of each investment account).
The result is an import without the profusion of phony accounts named 'Imported Investment Account', but on brief inspection it appears to have imported all the transactions, including the CHECKs, WITHDs etc. It still needs cleaning up (beginning balances, etc. etc., the usual issues of QIF import).
When I tested deleting only the extra !Type:Invst lines, the result was missing a bunch of transactions. I had to delete both kinds of extra lines in order to get a 'normal' import.
