[moneydance] can't record transaction in some reminders

I see this when I've got a repeating reminder, and there is an EARLIER
instance of the reminder that hasn't been recorded yet. MD won't let
you record the transaction for a reminder if there are any earlier
instances that haven't been recorded.

You must either record all earlier instances, or click the SKIP button
for each one, before you can record the current one.
