[moneydance] can't record transaction in some reminders

For some reason, I'm unable to record transactions in some reminders  
I have set up.  The "Record Transaction" button is simple grayed  
out.  I've compared these reminders with some that work, and I see no  
difference.

At first, I thought maybe it was because I was trying to record bills  
that were in the past, but this is not the case.

Anyone have this issue too?
