[moneydance] RMB open in new window

Hi Dave,

It is still there.  There should be an "Open in New Window" entry in  
the right-click (or ctrl-click) popup menu.  You can also hold the  
control key (command key on macs) and double-click an entry to open it  
in a new window.  This is on the recent preview build 585.
