[moneydance] Security price history corrupted on downloads: MD579

I saw some posts where people suddenly got 'rich' when MD inserted
stock prices of $10,000 per share in their portfolios.
Well, I'm rich too!
I just let MD update itself to 579, and sure enough, any dividend
transaction downloaded from my Schwab account puts an entry in the
price history for that day of '10000'. Which is a crock, of course.
I would like to note that when Quicken downloads Schwab dividend
transactions on another account, it puts an entry in its price history
for that day of '0'.
One could say that MD is not that much worse than Quicken. But, it
should be better.
I wish MD would only record price history for BUYs, SELLs, and
explicit price downloads e.g. using the Yahoo extension. As it is, MD
is creating a HUGE inconvenience with this ill-advised action.
I think I see it in the release notes, that MD is now putting a price
in the history whenever it thinks it has one. Well, you have on on
BUYs, SELLs, and explicit downloads. Why record one when all you got
is a dividend?
Boy, is this a pain. Totally mucks up the price graphs until I go edit
every security after every dividend.
