[moneydance] Cannot create new payee

Last week I tried several times without success to create a new payee in 
MD build 561.

When I click OK in the final step, there is no indication that the Payee 
information is being sent to my bank.  After several days, there is 
nothing on the bank's web page to indicate a new payee.

Is there something wrong with the Create Payee process?
I can create the payee at the bank's web page but AIRC MD used to do 
that process quite handily.

My method to add a payee:  First I click Online Bill Payment for the 
account I'm using, give my password, on the Online Bill Payment page 
select Payees, then Create Payee, fill in the information and click OK.
Shouldn't something happen after that?
