[moneydance] Empty setup window on Linux

Hi Amos,

What window manager are you using?  There have been reports of  
problems similar to this when using beryl.  Can you try disabling  
beryl, if you are using it, and try the install again?

Alternatively, you can install the "Generic Unix" version of MD from  
http://moneydance.com/other which is just a tarball that you extract  
and set a symlink to java and therefore doesn't require an installer.
