[moneydance] Moneydance often misses a transaction when downloading from HSBC UK

I'm using build 562.  For the last couple of months my payment to Chase
has not shown up.  I watched it more closely this morning and it does
appear in the downloaded (online download) list.  I recorded it but it
was not added to the register.  There's not much activity on this card
at this time, the payment has been the same amount both months where
this happened.  There's a recurring charge to this account, also the
same amount, but it appears (and as best I remember) these are being
added correctly.

Is the matching applied to downloaded transactions?

Does the matching include the date when told to record a transaction?
