[moneydance] Feature Request: Envelope method of budgeting

I would like to have an Envelope method of budgeting in Moneydance.
I am currently implementing an envelope method in Moneydance, but
it is pretty cumbersome. I have created sub-checking accounts under my
main checking account. When I deposit my paycheck, I have extra transactions
that divide it into the multiple sub-accounts (putting money in the envelope).
When I buy something, I select the correct sub-account (taking money out of
the envelope).
If I am overdrawn on one of my sub-accounts I do a transfer from one of
the other sub-accounts (moving money from one envelope to another).
This system works pretty well, except for credit cards. For every credit card
purchase, I have to do an extra transaction from the corresponding sub-account
to the top-level account that I make the credit card payment from.

I think this type of functionality would solve a lot of the budgeting problems people
have with the software. I am also using the budgeting portion, but it can only let me
know where my money has gone, not where my current balance in my checking account
is allocated to.

I like what I see with the envelope implementations in programs like CheckbookEase
http://www.checkbookease.com/
and mvelopes.com
http://www.mvelopes.com/

But I have been using Moneydance for several years, and since it meets most all of my
needs, and we get great support, I don't want to change to another software package
(especially one I have to pay for monthly that could close their doors tomorrow).

I can see how not everyone would want or use this type of method, but it would be nice
if it was an option, for those that did.
