[moneydance] OTC Stocks

Have you tried adding .pk (for pink sheet / OTC equities) to the end  
of the ticker? The is the suffix added by Yahoo! Finance, which is  
the website MoneyDance uses to sync. That should do it, although a  
specific security ticker would help if this doesn't work.
