[moneydance] Categories.. merging possible?

Somewhere along the way, I have created my own categories and subcategories - and never really spent time seeing what Moneydance categories already existed?

If I wanted to use Moneydance's default categories what will I need to do - and is it even possible - to switch all my user-defined categories to Moneydance's.

And is it possible to change all in one user-defined category to Moneydance's at the same time - as opposed to doing this entry by entry?
