[moneydance] Div Reinvest from Vanguard

Hi Hans,
 	You've run into bug #651.  Sean has been saying that there's a fix 
for it coming soon.  This bug has been around a long time, so I'm guessing 
Sean is having to do some large reworking to fix it.  I'll just be glad 
when it's fixed and my Vanguard accounts balance again.
