[moneydance] Div Reinvest from Vanguard

I've got some dividend reinvests coming in from Vanguard using the  
online transaction download.

The total amount of dividend is $27.57. The transaction comes in as a  
dividend transaction with $25.07 amount and $(2.5) fee for a total of  
$22.57. This is obviously wrong. Is the problem with Vanguard, who  
are formatting the transaction wrong, or with MoneyDance, who are  
interpreting it wrongly?
