[moneydance] No warning to delete reconciled transaction

In Moneydance, if you have a transaction which is reconciled in one
account, but not reconciled in the account that contains it's "other
side", you can delete it from the second account with no warning that
it's a reconciled transaction.
Today, I inadvertently deleted such a transaction and it cost me around
45 minutes to recover.
I think it is essential to have a warning in that situation. There IS a
warning when you delete a transaction from the acccount in which it is
reconciled; but if anything there is LESS need for a warning there,
since there is a visual indicator in that account that the transaction
is reconciled.
