I see from replies that MD is very unpractical in the way it handles 
this issue. In Europe on a day to day basis you NEVER need to know the 
exchange rate if you are using an ATM. Example I want to get say 2000 
DKK using  a GBP card this is roughly 200GBP. I do not know the 
exchange rate and may not for a week so i put the rough GBP figure in 
MD and when I later go on line to the UK bank check the actual figure 
(say 198.48) now i ONLY want to change this figure NOT the 2000DKK. 
Look at the way MS money is doing it where you can choose your entry.
