[moneydance] "Send Payment To..." getting dirty entries

Hi,

I just submitted a bug ticket, but it occurred to me that I might get some
nice advice from the larger user/developer community, so I'm just going to
reiterate my bug report (http://trac.moneydance.com/trac/ticket/750) here
just for the visibility.

I use Moneydance's online bill payment feature with Bank of America and had
everything synchronized and running well. But I choose to delete one of my
payees from the Bank of America web site. 

Unfortunately, this didn't get rid of the payee in the "Send Payment To..."
pull down. In fact, I tried using this remnant option with a $0 payment,
just to see what would happen. I get an error about an invalid Payee ID.
Basically, I just have this cruft "Send payment to" option that's left
somewhere in the binary *.md file.  I can't figure out how to delete it
because it's not in the Moneydance "Online bill payment -> Payees"
interface where I normally delete payees.  And I'm just not in the mood to
hack into the *.md binary (not yet at least).
 
Is this a really a Moneydance bug?  Is there a way around the problem if it
is?  I just want to clean up my "Send payment to" interface.  I don't even
mind if I have to manually do it until a later version of Moneydance is
released.  

Today, I just played around once more with my payee's, and I made yet
another undeleteable "sent payment to" entry.
