[moneydance] Moneydance fails to start

Some additional information:
Windows remove programs seemed to do nothing when I tried using it to 
remove Moneydance.  A fresh install after that again found several .JAR 
still present, including moneydance.jar.  Looking in the 
..\User\.moneydance folder, I found an errorlog.txt timed at the last  
time it ran with these contents:
