[moneydance] Some startup questions

Moneydance simply puts the data files wherever you tell it to, so you  
can save the files anywhere you like.

No new license is necessary.  If you'd like to support me and  
Moneydance, just tell your friends about it and maybe write a letter  
to the editor of your favorite computer/software publication  
recommending Moneydance.

I'm with Ed on this one.  If it were me I would start with the latest  
statement and go from there.  At the very most, I would start at the  
beginning of the year.
