[moneydance] Fix stuff that used to work

And while we're at it...

4)After entering a new transaction in an Investment register, I get
asked if I want to save the unsaved bogus entry when I switch to home,
and then again when I switch back to that investment register.  I
entered this as Trac #445 7 months ago, but there has been no activity
on it.  Please, please, please, please fix it!!!!!
5) Trac #442.  This used to work as expected in 2004, but no longer
does.  Do not allow both a deposit and payment on the same entry.
Entering one should zero the other.
