[moneydance] Fix stuff that used to work

It's be nice if things that used to work in 2004, but don't anymore
in 2006, could made back to work.

Some examples:
1) If a transaction has a category, you can't delete that category
from the transaction.
2) I have a "medical savings account," and a "medical" account with
two sub-accounts. I can't allocate anything to "medical", because
MoneyDance keeps insisting that I use "medical savings account" instead.
3) If I enter and confirm a transaction in an investment account
register, MoneyDance starts a new blank transaction. When you then
leave the register to go to another account, MoneyDance asks you not
once, but twice, whether I want to save that blank transaction which,
and I can not stress this enough, has no information in it.

These things just bug the hell out of me, because they used to work
MD 2004, but stopped working in MD2006. It feels like the old code
was thrown out and re-written from scratch. If that is the case, take
a read here: <http://www.joelonsoftware.com/articles/
fog0000000069.html>.

Hans.
