[moneydance] Need tips on setting up MD with Bank of America

I tried to set up a new account in MD for my new BofA acconut and I got an 
error message saying they do not support my software. (So what else is new) 
At any rate I would appreciate any tips that might get me set up without 
calling their 1-800-not-avail help number and dealing with folks that I have 
to explain everything to. I did try the manual and the auto install...same 
result. My branch is in Frisco/Dallas Tx. area so I chose that from the menu. 
I had similar issues with Compass bank but once Sean got them squared away 
the issue was resolved & I have been VERY happy using MD for 3 years.
