[moneydance] chase rewards visa

Is there anyone out there with a Chase Rewards Visa that has gotten the
card to work with Moneydance?  I see a couple of options that might be
promising, but none have worked for me.  

First, the obvious "Chase" - I give it the username and password and it
tells me that either the username or password is invalid.

Second, "Chase Manhattan" - brings up the dreaded change password screen
that I've never gotten to work with any bank (on an aside).  In any
case, it says my new password needs to be between 4 and 4 characters,
but I always get signon errors.

Finally, I see an option for "JP Morgan Chase - Texas", which I tried
because the bottom of www.chase.com/creditcards says it's copyright JP
Morgan Chase.  Same as "Chase Manhattan".

So, anyone out there got this behaving nicely?
